This page describes the information the Build With Care website is designed to collect and how it is used.
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, business email, selected area of interest and description of your situation. You may also choose to provide your company, website, objective, timing, budget range and preferred communication method.
Why we use it
We use this information only to understand your request, decide on a useful next step, communicate with you and maintain a record of the resulting business conversation. We do not use submitted contact details for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Site and funnel information
The site may record page paths, referrers, campaign parameters, anonymous browser and session identifiers, selected service and conversion events. These funnel records are designed not to contain names, email addresses, company names or free-text form content. ChatGPT Sites also provides aggregated visitor and page-view analytics.
Service providers
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. When configured, an email delivery provider may process the minimum information required to notify us of your request. AI-assisted processing is not enabled in the MVP. If enabled later, this notice will be updated before submitted content is sent to an AI provider.
Storage and retention
Lead records are stored in the hosting platform’s relational storage for as long as reasonably required to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. A specific retention schedule will be finalized before public launch. ChatGPT Sites does not currently provide configurable data residency for deployed code, stored data, artifacts and logs.
Cookies and local storage
The MVP uses a random local browser identifier to distinguish sessions and reduce duplicate or abusive form submissions. It is not designed to identify you outside this site. Additional advertising or measurement tools will be documented here before they are enabled.
